Bookings are by appointment only:

 

Bookings with Brow House by B are by appointment only. Please message if you have any questions about your booking requirements.

 

Allergens in salon: 

 

We have team members with severe allergies. Please respect the team by not bringing any nuts, seeds, or dairy with you, or on your person. If in doubt, please ask. 

 

Our salon is not a childproof space:

 

Children are not permitted in the salon unless you have prior approval as we need to check with our other team members. The ensures the comfort & safety of all clients and team. Children must not be left in the Counties Fitness waiting room under any circumstances.

There is a Kids Club available on site at certain times, feel free to ask at Counties Fitness reception if you want to use this service.

 

Payments, deposits, lateness & no-shows:

 

Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferable to another time slot at Brow House by B’s discretion.

If you no-show your booking, you will be asked to rebook online requiring another deposit. All previous deposits are forfeited.

Lateness beyond 10 minutes without prior agreement will result in rescheduling or cancelling the appointment, and the deposit will be forfeited.

 

Are you sick?

 

In the event of illness, please contact Brow House by B as soon as possible to make arrangements for rebooking or cancellation. If you attend an appointment visibly unwell, we reserve the right to refuse services. Your health, as well as ours, takes precedence over your brow services.

 

General salon terms:

 

    •    Please don’t bring extra people with you to your booking.

    •    We are within our rights to refuse any services we deem unfit to provide.

    •    Service pricing is subject to change without notice.

    •    Clients under 16 years old will require parental consent 

 

NO public toilet:

 

There are no public toilet here. If you’re caught short, please ask us and we will escort you through.

 

Cancellations:

 

In the event that we are unable to complete a service for any reason, (be it illness, business events outside Brow House by B’s immediate control or emergency), all efforts will be made to accommodate the client at the next possible time suiting both parties.

 

Booking system & payment gateways:

 

Brow House by B takes care to ensure the booking system is suitable and easy to use. Brow House by B is not the payment gateway for online deposits. This is controlled by the booking system. It is generally Stripe, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Windcave and supports most major credit/debit cards.
